The PMM Team is led by resourceful visionary Pat Mueller, whose keen negotiation skills result in significant cost savings for our clients. We guarantee all client budgets are crafted utilizing a smart spend approach. The firm's worldwide reach to suppliers enables direct negotiations and the opportunity to build valued partnerships for premiere client events.
Pat Mueller is one of a handful of individuals from the U.S. who attended the Mind Conference in Copenhagen and is licensed to use Meetovation, a unique meetings and events planning approach that increases participant involvement, enhances the use of green initiatives, and features authentic local experiences.

Pat Mueller
Principal
Pat founded the business in 1980 and is celebrating 46 years as a woman owned business.
Pat is known for being a creative visionary with a keen sense of detail. Her gifts have allowed her to excel in the incentive and event management industry creating customized programs to enhance employee engagement and ROI. She is recognized in the industry as a premier producer of corporate and charity events.
As founder of the firm, Pat is dedicated to upholding unprecedented service standards for each client event. The company’s core values are built around the firm’s motto “Go Big or Go Home.” You have one chance to make an impact and it must be Big and more importantly, memorable.
Pat took a three -year hiatus from 1989 to 1992 when she accepted a political appointment as Assistant Chief of Staff to Milwaukee’s County Executive. Prior to launching P.M. Mueller & Associates, Inc. she championed the investor relations and corporate communications at Universal Foods Corporation.

Deb Hoge

Deb brings experience designing purposeful, well-executed meetings and incentive programs.
Deb Hoge brings a decade of experience designing and delivering meetings, conferences, and incentive travel programs. Since joining forces with Pat Mueller in 2025, Deb has been creating memorable experiences that inspire, engage, and reward attendees.
For Deb, planning meetings and incentive programs is about more than logistics. She believes every event should have a purpose, tell a story, create meaningful connections and achieve measurable business results. With experience spanning throughout the U.S. and 15 countries, Deb has successfully planned events ranging from intimate executive meetings to corporate recognition trips and user conferences with more than 500 participants. Clients value her calm leadership, attention to detail, creativity, and ability to adapt when challenges arise. During the pandemic, she planned and executed a corporate incentive in just six weeks - from destination selection through on-site delivery - that leadership continues to recognize as one of the company's most successful incentive experiences.
Deb's personal approach to each individual client project makes her a natural PMM Travel Concierge Teammate. Together, Deb and Pat combine global planning expertise with a shared commitment to exceptional service, creating unforgettable experiences that consistently exceed client expectations.
Madeline Cope
Champion of Fun
Madeline Cope is known as the premier champion of Weddings, Corporate Events, and Charity Galas in Wisconsin. She serves as an onsite PMM Teammate for international corporate travel programs. Madeline champions all the venue event setups and services along with providing dedicated Travel Concierge Team services throughout each program.
Annette Miller
Associate, Retired
Annette Miller served as the PMM Team's Team Leader and Champion of Fun at each client event. After 25 years, Annette retired, though she still pops in from time to time to lend a hand when needed. We are grateful for her many years of service.
